Instructional Leadership of Principals on Students' Achievement in Public Schools in Nepal

The purpose of this study is to find out the impact principals' instructional leadership on students' achievement. School head teachers act as a leader and also manager that determines achievements both directly indirectly. Instructional can significantly influence quality teaching learning in schools consequently achievement, by improving working conditions Literature shows transformational determine preferred styles school improvement. This effective authority lead school. There growing understanding surrounded various organizational contexts within communities, not centrally vested person or an office. real challenge facing most no longer how improve but, more importantly, sustain Sustainability will depend upon school’s internal capacity maintain support developmental work sustaining improvement requires capability many rather than few.
